About Ellen
Ellen is an experienced chiropractor known for her thoughtful, patient-centred approach and commitment to high quality clinical care. She empowers her patients with reliable information, offers informed advice and provides care that is tailored to each individual.
Ellen completed a Bachelor of Chiropractic Science and a Master of Chiropractic at Macquarie University. She is a registered chiropractor (AHPRA) and a member of the Australian Chiropractors Association (ACA). Ellen regularly undertakes further training to stay up to date with current best-practice approaches to musculoskeletal care, and has also completed a Certificate of Chiropractic Paediatrics for the Family Chiropractor.
Ellen provides personalised care for people of all ages and stages of life, with extensive experience treating a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions including back pain, neck pain, headaches, postural strain, sciatica, shoulder, hip, knee complaints and acute injuries.
She also enjoys supporting growing families, providing care throughout pregnancy and caring for babies and children, with a focus on supporting healthy growth and development
Her approach combines gentle, specific chiropractic adjustments, mobilisations, dry needling and soft tissue techniques to help reduce pain, restore movement and improve overall function. Ellen takes the time to understand each patient’s individual circumstances and develops tailored treatment plans that may include rehabilitation exercises, practical self-care advice and referral to trusted health practitioners when needed.
